ABOUT INFIELD ELITE
Infield Elite was created from my love for baseball and passion for helping kids reach their full potential. What started as a way to teach fundamentals has grown into a premier baseball training program dedicated to developing athletes’ skills, confidence, and love for the game. I offer personalized coaching, position-specific training, team sessions, and dynamic group programs where every player feels supported, challenged, and inspired to grow—both as a ballplayer and as a person. Our mission is to help the next generation love and master the game at every level.
OUR FOUNDER
FOUNDER AND COACH
Justin Adorno is a former college baseball standout and founder of Infield Elite, a program dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes through expert instruction and a passion for the game. A decorated player, Justin has represented Team USA in the Goodwill Series in Australia and New Zealand, earned three college conference championships, and received offers from Division 1 programs. Most recently, he competed in the Puerto Rico Independent Baseball League, further expanding his knowledge and experience at a professional level.​
Bringing years of playing experience and a deep love for baseball, Justin now channels his energy into coaching. As a younger coach, he bridges the gap between players and traditional coaching styles, offering a fresh perspective rooted in today’s evolving game. His philosophy centers on mastering fundamentals, fostering confidence, and inspiring athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
